1. RENTALS:
The apartments offer an excellent quality standard. For those who require specific equipment or suffer from particular ailments, it is good that they specify this at the time of booking and ask for all the explanations before defining the contract. We are not responsible for noises, noises or sudden construction sites that may arise in the vicinity of the property and in this case, we are not required to return any amount received.
2. CONFIRM RESERVATION
FOR CONFIRMATION FROM SENT QUOTES:
To confirm a reservation following an estimate sent by email, it is necessary to pay the required deposit, usually equal to 30% of the total stay.
The payment of the deposit must be made by bank transfer within 4 days of receipt of the confirmation sent by e-mail, after which the reservation will automatically expire.
FOR CONFIRMATION FROM ONLINE RESERVATIONS:
The confirmation of an online reservation is done by entering the data of a credit card that will be used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be verified, pre-authorizing the amount of the first night of stay..
3. RULES FOR CANCELLATION:
To avoid any sanctions, please make sure you cancel your booking by the deadline indicated in your booking confirmation. For cancellations after the deadline or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged or requested as a penalty.
The balance of the reservation will be charged to the card used to guarantee the reservation or by bank transfer request, one day before the expiry of the free cancellation policy.
In case of lack of funds or non-receipt of the balance transfer within 2 days of sending the request, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
It is possible that at the time of booking different payment solutions and confirmation methods, as well as dedicated cancellation policies, will be proposed.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Upon arrival at the accommodation, the customer is required to pay the sum of € 100.00 for the apartments and € 200.00 for the villas, for the establishment of a non-interest bearing guarantee fund, which will be returned upon departure prior deduction of any damage caused to the apartment and furnishings. If due to a departure not communicated in time or at times other than those scheduled for check out, it is not possible for customers to return the keys personally to the owner / person in charge, the security deposit will be returned at a later time by post or bank transfer; for this a specific data collection form is delivered. For bookings made by people under the age of 24, a deposit of € 200.00 will be required. The deposit of € 200.00 will also be requested for those who bring animals previously authorized by us.
IMPORTANT: During the check out phase, the linen supplied will be counted.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
VERY IMPORTANT, to avoid being charged the deposit you must:
- Return all keys that were handed over on arrival;
- Return any pass issued for the car park;
- Return any extra supplies and linens supplied upon arrival. During the check out phase our staff will make the count;
- Respect the maximum departure time;
- Make good use of the apartment;
- Scrupulously respect the rest of the condominiums, consequently you must avoid annoying noises from 11.00 pm onwards, both inside the apartment and on the stairs when returning at night;
- It is not allowed to host more people than those indicated in the booking contract;
- We do not accept bookings from people who rent the apartment to carry out illegal activities or invite company escorts;
I TRE GOLFI will not be responsible for the possible theft of objects stored inside the apartments.
6. NUMBER OF PEOPLE:
The number of people for the chosen property must not be different from that expressed in the booking. The change in the composition of the number of people booked must be approved by us in advance. The violation of this clause entails the immediate termination of the aforementioned relationship with the relative acquisition of the sums paid.
7. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
The accommodation will be made available after 3:00 pm on the day scheduled for arrival, after 11:00 pm there is an additional cost of Euro 30.00 for check-in. Departures will take place by 11.00 on the day indicated in the contract.
Arrivals and departures outside these hours require prior arrangements and may be subject to additional costs.
8. EQUIPMENT:
The accommodations are equipped with sufficient equipment and accessories for the occupants. The facilities provided for each property are: beds, pillows, and blankets equal to the number of people that can be accommodated; wardrobe, hangers, bedside tables, central lighting, bedside lamps; table, chairs and sofas with seats equal to the number of people accommodated; broom, dustpan, bucket, broom, floor mop; kitchen: floor with two / four burners and sink, fridge with freezer; 1 kitchen battery, 2 kitchen knives, 1 sugar bowl, 1 coffee pot, 1 colander, 1 ladle, 1 salad bowl, 1 grater, 1 bottle opener, 1 can opener, 1 milk jug, 1 dustbin, 1 tablecloth; for each host: dinner plate, soup plate, knife, fork, spoon, teaspoon, glass, cup, cup. Bathrooms: bath towel, hand towel, washcloth (when requested), waste basket, mirror and toilet brush. External veranda equipped with deck chairs, armchairs and table (where provided) and according to the spaces.
9. ACCESSORY EQUIPMENT:
For apartments without an internal and / or private parking space, where applicable, (see the apartment's data sheet) a car pass is issued, valid for parking, which guests are required to return at the time of check out. In the event of loss or failure to return the car pass at the time of check out, the security deposit, which exists to protect any damage or shortages in the apartment, will be fully and definitively retained by I TRE GOLFI.
10. ENERGY SAVING AND RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT:
It is mandatory and mandatory, during the stay, to avoid the waste of electricity and water; therefore, whenever during the day you leave the apartment momentarily, make sure that the bathroom and kitchen taps are closed and that the lights, the air conditioning, the electric oven and the kitchen hob burners are turned off.
11. ORDER AND CLEANING:
The apartments are delivered clean and tidy. If the customer considers that the occupied apartment is not sufficiently clean, he can contact us within half an hour following the handover of the keys; we will check and quickly arrange the rearrangement of the apartment compatibly with the presence of our staff on site. The apartments are equipped with all the accessories for daily cleaning. The detergents and sponges are the responsibility of the customers. Customers, under penalty of € 50.00, on the scheduled day of departure must: wash the dishes, empty the dustbin taking away all the rubbish, turn off the water heater, the lights, the air conditioning and replace any furniture moved during the stay, to leave, where present, the barbecue and accessories clean and in good condition All damages caused to the apartment will be evaluated on a case by case basis. The cost of € 40.00 / 100.00 for final cleaning, per apartment, is charged to the customer; € 12.00 per person for full weekly supplies of bed and bath linen (when these are requested).
12. COMPLAINTS:
Our real estate units are periodically checked, therefore all the descriptions shown by us are drawn up in good faith. As of now, we decline any responsibility for any modification, damage or failure made inside the apartment without the knowledge of the staff. For any problem relating to the apartment, relating to ordinary maintenance (except for breakdowns caused by the tenant), malfunctions in electrical and / or electronic appliances such as air conditioners, televisions, etc. (which must be repaired by specialized personnel mostly not available on site), an intervention time will be guaranteed within the two working days following the reporting of the detected inconvenience, a deadline within which we are not required to pay any reimbursement for breach of contract and / or damage of any kind and / or any nature. In any case, it will be our care to intervene as soon as possible in order to guarantee a pleasant and peaceful stay. For any problem inherent in the apartment, relating to extraordinary maintenance (except for breakdowns caused by the tenant), serious malfunctions that cannot be immediately repaired by specialized personnel mostly not available on site), which seriously affect the functionality of the apartment and which provide for intervention times that cannot be calculated, we will reserve the right to assign a similar structure in terms of type and characteristics, compared to the one originally booked. Any complaints must be reported immediately after the occupation of the property. Customers who leave the accommodation earlier than the pre-established date will lose the entire sum agreed upon at the time of signing this contract. Any complaint reported at the end of the stay or after departure will not be taken into consideration.
13. LIABILITY’:
If due to circumstances beyond our control, the apartment booked by our client should no longer be available, we will reserve the right to alternatively offer another property with the same similar characteristics or in the extreme case to cancel the reservation, refunding the total amount paid by the customer who cannot claim any sum in any way for the non-execution of the contract.
14. CLAUSES:
It is absolutely forbidden to make any changes to these clauses. Should this occur, unless explicitly authorized by us, this contract will be deemed null and void.
15. DISPUTES:
For any dispute that may arise from the execution of the superior transitory lease contract, the parties, by mutual agreement, undertake to refer to the Court of Justice or the justice of the peace of Trapani according to their specific competences.
